Wilderness Greenhouse Policies

Pricing: We strive to provide the highest quality at competitive prices. Our perennials are in 1-quart, 2-quart and trade-gallon and gallon containers and generally perennial prices range from $6.00 to $15.00. Our trees and shrubs range from 1-gallon to 7-gallon containers and prices vary by species and size from $18 to $75.
Discounts: We provide discounts to customers with a retail sale license and to not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations engaged in environmental restoration and educational fundraising activities promoting the use of native plants in the landscape. We also offer regular retail customers a 10% discount for single orders of more than $500.
Current Stock: Our inventory changes on a daily basis. Please contact us by phone or email for information about current plant availability, size and pricing.
Appointments: If you are not able to visit the nursery during our regular hours, please contact us by phone or email to arrange a convenient time for you to visit.
Payment: Payment is due in full upon receipt of plants for all customers. Payment must include 6% Pennsylvania sales tax unless we have a current Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate on file for your organization. Payment may be made in cash, check from a local bank, or by credit card - we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
Delivery: You must pick up your plants at the nursery. We will help you load them in your vehicle, at your request.
Guarantee: We guarantee all plants to be true to name and healthy upon receipt. Because the Wilderness Greenhouse has no control over the transportation to your site or installation of your planting, we cannot offer any guarantee of plant survival.
Conditions: All orders are accepted subject to natural disasters, crop failures or conditions beyond our control.
Liability: The Wilderness Greenhouse’s total liability is limited to replacement or credit.
Jurisdiction: Any disputed claims must be resolved in Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
