March 21 Update: At this time, we have no residents or staff members considered positive for the virus that can cause COVID-19 disease. In partnership with a local pharmacy, we recently held a vaccination clinic for residents and additional staff member; we deeply appreciate this support! Our staff members work diligently to sanitize the building on a day basis, several times a day.

As a federal Housing and Urban Development Section 8 rental-subsidy community, Lutherwood is able to offer income-qualified persons rental fees that are approximately 30 percent of their adjusted income.
