Self-Guided Tours

The collection is organized into 3 arboretum walks, each about 30 minutes. Guidebooks, which outline the course of the walks and give brief descriptions of the trees along the way, are available from the Luther Crest receptionist at the main desk or can be downloaded here.

Wildlife Habitat

Even though we are located adjacent to busy highways and shopping areas, there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen in the Arboretum. The old established tree line and the holding basins along the perimeters of the campus provide a habitat for herons, ducks, geese, deer, foxes, muskrats and many varieties of birds. We are affiliated with the annual Cornell Bird Count.
