Providing caregivers in Chester County, Montgomery County, Berks County, and surrouding regions with a respite during the weekdays, Diakon Adult Day Services at Manatawny offers a comfortable and stimulating setting in which participants enjoy a myriad of services and amenities.
Participants are supervised in a secure setting by a registered nurse/program director and program assistants. Together, they encourage participants’ maximum level of participation, potentially preventing social isolation or premature placement in a care center. In addition, Diakon Adult Day Services at Manatawny works closely with a variety of home health care agencies to coordinate care.

Diakon Adult Day Services at Manatawny is funded, in part, by the Chester and Montgomery counties offices of aging, Veterans Administration and the Pennsylvania Department of Aging and Department of Human Services’ Community Health Choice program. Transportation availability
Transportation is available in Chester and Montgomery counties for seniors registered with Paratransit. Clients from Montgomery County may sign up for transportation to and from the center through www.suburbantransit.org.
